Lucy’s career has been dedicated to measuring, monitoring, and improving sustainability across the spa, wellness and hospitality sectors.
She oversees major global campaigns, including “Wellness for Climate Action” in collaboration with the UNFCCC, alongside initiatives for biodiversity and water stewardship.
Lucy chairs the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals for the Global Wellness Institute and is a vocal advocate for linking sustainability with wellness outcomes.
A successfully exited entrepreneur, Lucy is the driving force behind Vitalis Capital’s project identification and investor profiling to determine our eco-system of projects that drive change in sustainability, energy, waste and water.
Gary Powell - Chief Financial Officer
Gary is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in global CFO roles in real estate, hospitality, finance, investment, and development.
His roles at Universal Studios, the Virgin Group, and Virgin Hotels, where he managed portfolios across multiple continents and subsequent positions as Finance Director for Armani Hotels and Resorts, and CFO positions at Candy & Candy, the Grosvenor Estate and Elysian Residences, further honed Gary’s ability to handle high-profile transactions, negotiate operator selections, and ensure the financial viability of large-scale ventures.
Gary’s commercial acumen and deep understanding of hospitality and real estate economics guide Vitalis Capital’s investment and financial structuring approach.
Stu Jones - Chief Operating Officer
Stu is a prolific entrepreneur with over three decades of experience delivering socio-economic projects in partnership with governments and private businesses.
His background in facilitating tax-efficient frameworks for employees, combined with his founding and management of multiple successful enterprises, underscores a commitment to supporting job creation, education, and professional development.
Stu champions the incorporation of business models that promote community prosperity and believes firmly in the synergy between health, happiness, and economic resilience.

Tiffany St James - Chief Commercial Officer
With 25 years consulting in Digital Transformation Tiffany brings renowned expertise in digital strategy, emerging technology and leadership psychology.
Celebrated as one of the “25 Women Who Have Shaped the British Digital Industry in the last 25 years,” she has led governments and global media companies, in enhancing digital capabilities and large-scale change initiatives, previously serving as Head of Public Participation for the UK Government, a world-first role.
As UK Country Director for the Global AI Council and a founding member of the AI Advisory Board for the Global Wellness Institute, she leverages emerging technology for wellness initiatives.
